True Blue Cheddar Fondue
- 3 cups Balderson Royal Canadian 2 Year Cheddar, grated
- 1 cup Cambozola cheese, grated
- 1 cup tomato soup, undiluted
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- Combine all ingredients except wine into a saucepan.
- Cook under medium heat, stirring continuously until cheese is melted and ingredients combined.
- Add sherry.
- Transfer to fondue pot and serve.
