Lightly Curried Waldorf Salad
With Cheese

  • 8 oz Balderson Medium Cheddar
  • 1 cup red apple, diced
  • 1 cup walnuts, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  1. Cut cheese into 1/2-inch (1 cm) cubes.
  2. Place cheese cubes in bowl, and add apple, celery and walnuts.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, curry powder, cumin and salt.
  4. Add mixture to bowl and toss to coat.
