Our Balderson Medium Cheddar cheese is similar to our Mild Cheddar, but with a slightly firmer texture and faintly stronger in cheddar flavour. It has a pale orange colour with a soft to slight firm composition and a closed texture without any pinholes, cracks,or slits.
